The details that matter
A few clear boundaries.
What counts as a processing run?
Only successful processing runs count toward a project’s ten-run allowance. Failed runs, manual review, viewing results and reports do not consume runs.
What does a paid project include?
Five PDFs of up to 30 pages each, and ten successful processing runs during its 30-day processing window.
What happens to my free run?
When upgrading that project, its available free run carries forward into the paid allowance.
Do unused allowances roll over?
No. Subscription projects are not carried into another billing period, and a failed renewal does not add a new allowance.
What if I remove a project?
Deleting an activated subscription project does not restore its allowance. We never autocharge for extra projects.
What if I cancel?
Cancellation stops renewal and access remains through the paid period. An activated project keeps its 30-day window through resets or cancellation.
Can I view older results?
Yes. Existing results remain viewable after that project’s processing window ends.
Are public examples paid?
No. Fictional examples and samples can be explored freely without registering.
